Our Procurement Process

Step by step, we take care of it

We value communication and connection, as we believe that understanding and meeting our customers’ needs is critical. Here is how

1. We have a call

First, we get to know each other and discuss your vision. This is where you share inspirational pictures, and we decide if custom work is needed or if we can choose from our catalog.

2. We send you a quote

We will send you a detailed quote for all the products you want. Then, we agree on what to produce.

3. We start production

With 50% of the total payment, we start producing your products.

4. Constant Reporting

While we make the production, we will send you pictures and videos for a complete transparent process.

5. Final Payment

Ten days before production is complete, you need to transfer the remaining 50% balance.

6. Shipping

We consolidate all your products into containers and handle all the custom processes.

Your shipment arrives with high-quality products at your nearest port. You manage your local agent to release the goods.
