Minimum order quantity is a 20ft container. However in this container you may mix any product from our massive range of products. Furniture products do not have a minimum order quantity.

Production Times
All wood furniture 10 – 12 weeks. This is to allow proper kiln drying of your furniture.
Cane, rattan, sea grass and water hyacinth furniture 8-10 weeks
Handicrafts: 8-10 weeks for a full container. 6-8 weeks for a partial container
Antique Furniture full container 4 – 6 weeks
Teak root furniture full container 8-10 weeks

We use a variety of shippers, we would recommend Global Putra Internaional as they have proven to be the most professional shipper on the Island of Bali that we have dealt with. They offer a complete service with regard to shipping your goods home to you. We do not sell LCL. Our minimum order quantity is a 20ft container. Should you purchase a partial container whilst shopping in Bali then these are the people to talk to.
All single phase packing materials, container trucking to port ex Java (not Bali), BOL, COO, FLEG certificates and associated Indonesian Government Export Documentation. The only extra charges are special licences for certain products and country specific requirements.
If purchasing a full handicrafts container from Bali the following transport and feeder costs apply. We do cover quite a few of the costs involved if shipping from Bali, however there are still additional costs which are met buy the buyer. Subject to availability.

Nominated Shipping Companies: If a customer wants to nominate his or her own shipping company any additional internal expenses not outlined above are borne by the customer.

What you need to do
Once you have placed and confirmed your order you will need to contact a local shipping agent in your city. They will organise to have your container cleared and delivered to you. They are also a great source of information with regard to paying local import tax’s and will ensure that your container contents meet all the local regulatory requirements in your country.
Start contacting customs brokers in your area, get three or four quotes. From our experience you will receive a wide range of quotes. Our shipping agents may have some useful contacts in your area which may speed things up for you; just ask. Your customs broker is also a good person to recommend the most cost-effective way of moving your shipment from the port to your front door.
Export Customs
Whether in Bali, at the international airport (air freight), or at the port of Java (sea freight), we organize your export customs clearance (for export from Bali) to ensure a departure on time.
Export customs clearance?
A customs clearance refers to the document that gives exported goods to leave a country (see that definition here).
Therefore, you will also need a customs clearance agent at the destination.

Fumigation
RN Elements uses gas pesticides to proceed to the fumigation. This treatment prevents the transfer of foreign plants. It also gets rid of all parasites, worms, and bugs such as termites in the wood.
Insurance
Add an extra layer of safety to your order when you choose to add insurance to your shipping project. RN Elements DOES NOT include insurance by default, so, you must request it.
Payment
International payments can be complex, especially with multiple invoices from various suppliers. RN Elements provides payment services for all your cargo shipping needs from Bali.
